Cancellation & Refund Policy

Neejaz believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

  • Product(s) can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase subject to-
  • Customer returning the product unused, unwashed, unaltered and its original condition with all tags intact.
  • The original invoice must be produced at the time of request for exchange.
  • The Company reserves the right to decide if the product is in the condition for exchange and such decision of the Company shall be final and binding.
  • There is no guarantee that an identical piece of the exchanged product will be in stock.
  • Exchange orders are placed upon pick up of your return. Limited stock may lead to unavailability of your chosen product; our team will contact you for an alternative in such cases.
  • In case of any damaged/ defective or missing products in your order kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.
  • In the event of damaged merchandise, share images and details through the provided link. Further steps for replacement, store credit, or full refund will be communicated.
  • Misprints and color differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.
  • Shipping charges are non - refundable.
  • The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case
  • Discounted/SALE products cannot be exchanged/ returned.
  • There is no cash refund on any product (s) once purchased/exchanged.
  • Being natural materials, the fabrics may be prone to shrinkage and color bleeding (especially natural dyes).
  • Given the unique and handcrafted nature of the product, the dimensions of the saree (attached blouse piece) may vary slightly from the dimensions declared.
  • The Company does not guarantee the color/ purity/ content of zari unless stated explicitly on the product.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any claim arising out of any special, indirect remote, delays, economic or consequential loss or damage.
  • The Company tries to deliver all products within stipulated and suggested timelines of the courier/ service providers, whoever for any delays the Company cannot be held liable.

Every Neejaz product is styled and crafted with love, affection & passion, and we suggest that you take extra care of these one of a kind pieces. We recommend:

  • Dry Clean ONLY
  • Avoid bringing in contact with liquids esp. perfumes.
  • Change the fold regularly, and store in pure cotton fabrics.

Return Process: 

  • In order to return a product/products, customers can press on the RETURN tab on the main menu or you can find the link here (Provide link)
  • State the return reason and select the item to be returned along with images in case of any defect/damages.

*Credit Note: All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 14 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product will be credited to the coupon code.

How to use a Neejaz Credit Note: 

    • A store credit will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email.
    • The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products.
    • Neejaz Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
    • On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
    • The discount code will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
    • The validity of the credit note is 2 months.
    • Credit note does not include the shipping fee paid during placing the order.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY 

    For all CASH ON DELIVERY orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations for PREPAID orders will be issued with a credit note.

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Estimated delivery time is 0-7 days.

    If you are shipping an item over Rs. 5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
